I saw Don Penny about 1 yr. or so ago in a restaurant in Belvidere. Right now I can't think of the name of it. Him & his wife were in there eating. I went over & talked to him. We had such a great conversation. I told him the address where I grew up & he knew exactly where it was located. Yes, he was mom's meter man! Such a wonderful person he was. I am very sad to hear of his passing. I was hoping to be able to see him again. I was going to take a picture of him & his wife, & I forgot. I am so sorry and am praying for the family! Thanks so much for putting this on here. We always looked so forward to seeing him when he came to read mom's meter. I will always remember him.
