We are neighbors from Windfield Lane and wish to extend our sympathy to your family. Mrs. Reber was the “beloved Matriarch” of the neighborhood. While she was still driving, we noted how busy she seemed to be with activities. In the warm weather months we often saw her out tending her yard and marveled at how “on the go ” she was. She always had a smile and friendly wave as she took off down the street to her next destination. We know she touched many lives and was a blessing to many during her journey here on earth. We know she will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to Penny and Susan and all of Luverne’s family and friends. My heart goes out to you, as I know there have been many difficult years recently. I have many fond memories from my childhood of Mrs. Reber and later from my young adulthood when I worked alongside her in the Ladies Aide Society on church dinners before I moved away from Poplar Grove! I’ll see you on Wed. Love, Mary Anne
