My very sincere condolences to Todd’s family and friends. Please be encouraged in knowing that while he entered heaven Monday he is still looking on and helping us from his new vantage point. I found out this morning, Friday, about Todd’s passing and you will understand the significance as you read further. The Bible talks about ‘a Great cloud of witnesses that are cheering us on’ and Todd is part of that crowd now! I believe Todd helped me out (one more time) just this past Tuesday the day after he went to heaven. Some background… I knew Todd 20 or more years ago and only recently the past year we reconnected. Our first call this year began with talking about old mutual friends as though no time at all had gone by - Todd is such an amazing people person and that shows the great love he had and still has for others. He then listened and took on a major problem and helped straighten out an issue that took several months to correct. This was an amazing feat, a huge task and act of kindness, true commitment and follow through that I don’t think any other person would have done or could have done. I again lost track of Todd about a month ago as I was going to ask his advice on yet another issue that came to a head. I am certain he would have easily fixed it because of his vast knowledge. And if he didn’t know something then he knew the right people that had the answers. I believe he helped me find fix a big problem this past Tuesday afternoon. After at least 5 experts tried and could not find an answer to the issue a final statement came to me on Tuesday morning that no more effort was going to be made to fix the problem. I was very disappointed and discouraged and couldn’t think of any work around so finally decided to get even more information from the people that this was going to affect. As I walked past the control room I believe that TODD (or God or an Angel because of Todd) stepped in at that very moment because I was prompted with a urge to “go see what you can do”. Ten feet past the door I stopped in my tracks, turned around and went into the control room. Mind you that I have not touched this system to do any changes like this and have only looked over the shoulder of other people for maybe a few hours so I don’t really know what I am doing - that is why this was such a miracle! I am certain that Todd helped me out and through God’s mercy I went through several help files and within about 1 hour the problem was solved!!!! I was so shocked that I spent a few more hours making sure that it really was fixed. I finally left work (late) and as I was driving to meet my wife I called several people. Not knowing that Todd had passed away the day before, I was actually telling them that a miracle happened, the problem was fixed and this was a God thing!!! May the Lord God bless you and lead you to his loving arms and give you peace. Richard Fetingis December 2 2017

Whenever INS held an event I always looked forward to seeing Todd. He had such a fabulous personality and was quick with smiles and jokes in addition to knowing his business. The world has lost a very bright light. I believe the last time I saw him I complemented his cowboy boots, and he was joking about how he dressed like Geranimals - everything matchy. Todd will be missed very much.

I have known Todd as a co-worker and friend for 20 years. We spoke in early October and had a chance to talk and most importantly say," I love you." My hear is broken for Angel and your family, Todd was a deep introspective loving human being who I will never forget. He inspires me to be better, I only wish I could tell him one more time how much he was loved. Angel and Family, I am sorry I cannot be with you this weekend at the services. My love, prayers and deepest sympathies are with all of you and your family.

I just heard about Todd's death. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May these flowers serve as an expression of my sympathy for you and your family. There was never a more encouraging, supportive co-worker than Todd. Every person was welcomed and made to feel a part of the team. I remember my first meeting and his invitation to join the INS team and especially being supportive to Martha during our own tragic event. When I was helpless...he helped my family with positive support . He was onsite immediately and told funny stories about his life struggles and made the hospital staff laugh as a real life inspiration. I'm going to miss his commitment to help me when needed. He never said ‘NO”.

I had a lot of good times with my cousin Todd growing up. I remember once as kids playing a game of tag or something at our grandparents house and he ran into the bathroom and slammed the door on my finger and refused to open the door. I wish I had known Todd better as an adult, I know I missed out. I knew Todd's father, Lynn (my uncle), he was a great man. I imagine them enjoying seeing each other again in Heaven.
