My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My Dad, Kay's brother-in-law, was asked to officiate at Bob & Kay's wedding and I remember how grateful my folks were for his love & care for Kay & becoming part of our family. I remember Bob's warm smile, twinkly eyes & generous, welcoming nature, & peaceful presence. So grateful for the wonderful visit we shared in 2012 at the Webber/Harvey reunion in their home. He will be greatly missed...but he is now in glorious heaven with our Lord, where our great reunion will be!! Love in Christ, Beth

My one and only memory of Bob was from 2011 when my husband and I were passing through Belvidere as we moved from Pittsburgh back to California. I wanted to see my great aunt Muriel, Kay's mother, but was not sure how to get to her home. Bob and Kay dropped everything when we called and met us off the Interstate to take us to see Muriel. I cannot think of kinder, more gracious people than Bob and Kay. My prayers are with Kay and the rest of the family as you grieve a wonderful, kind, and generous man.
