Here is a small poem from a family of Poets, My dad wrote this poem and he was entered into the Poetry Hall of Fame. A Special Day in Heaven To Mother on this special day I'd like to just say thanks I can't buy you something special Or write checks for any banks I can't buy you clothes or flowers No matter what the price But I can say "I love You" And that you were very nice For the love and care you gave me No wealth could make amends And when you became my mother We became the best of friends Now I have to live without you On this special day I've been so sad and lonely Ever since you went away And since you live in Heaven I don't know of any way To send you any presents Except to love you more today. I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend your mom's funeral but to all three of you girls I would like to extend my sympathy. It's difficult to loose a loved one, If you are wondering who I am, I was married to Nita's cousin Kenneth who died in 2009. Ken and I remember meeting all of you when your folks had their anniversary. I would like to send a memorial, and would appreciate it if you would let me know where to send it. My e-mail address is [email protected] Your mom and dad were such a special couple. I have beautiful memories of all of Miller's Again, my deepest sympathy to all of you and your families.
