Ruth, knowing that John passed away while working in the Serenity garden at church made the news of his passing a little easier to hear. I loved him very much. I saw him as a man who had a huge heart for others. When he made the hearts for my pre-school children...it was such a lovely thing for him to do. I use the letter opener he made me daily and it always makes me think of him. I enjoyed the Bible studies we had together. He was a great vessel that God used to advance His Kingdom. He lead by example more than with words. He was a good man and he touched my heart deeply. He will be missed very much. Ruth, if there is anything I can help you with I hope you will call on me. My love for John is my love for you also. I am so sorry for your loss and I hope knowing that he is dancing on the streets of gold and is forever standing in His amazing Grace will bring you comfort and peace during this sad time.
