My heart is saddened by your tragic death. Although I was hardly around, I will have you always on my mind. You are now with my mother, Frances, and my brother, Kenny, your dad. May you rest in peace.

My heart aches but is also full at the same time. So very saddened of your death but jealous that you are once again reunited with both your Biological Father and your Heavenly Father. I pray your two youngest children will somehow retain a memory of you but I know your oldest child and fiancé will do their best to ensure they know what a loving Father and devoted family man that you were. It is with a heavy heart we say goodbye until we meet again. I Love you. Your uncle Ed Thick

Even though you were not my biological son I loved you like my own son my heart is heavy with sadness and my tears flow that I will never get to hug you or talk to you.I will see you again when the Lord takes me home and once again I will give you a big hug

Though a wonderful young man has been taken from us, he will always be remembered with the greatest of memories. We will miss you Chris but you will in our hearts always right along with your Dad and Grandmother. God bless you all and we will all be together one day.

I didn't know Chris very long but it didn't take long to realize he is a awesome guy. Me and my son's started mowing for him and Jackie last summer and we all became friends. One of my son's babysat for them too. Chris always had us laughing and always had a smile on his face that was so contagious. One of my favorite memories of Chris I really don't remember. But thanks to picture and video of Christmas day get together at chris's and Jackie's tells me we had an awesome time. Thanks to Chris and Jagermeister it was one of the best chrismas's I ever had. No matter what we were doing it was always a good time being around Chris. Heaven just got another special angel and you will be missed so much. Rest easy brother knowing we are all here to help Jackie and your boys.

My heart goes out to the family! When we lose a loved one suddenly and at a time when it seems their life has just begun it is extremely difficult. Death at any age is unnatural and not a part of God’s original purpose, so for good reason the Bible calls death an enemy- one that God through Jesus Christ will soon eliminate (1 Corinthians 15:26).
