Dear Don, I can think of no greater loss than to lose a mate after a long and happy life together. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that your time together was joyous. By having met you, I know that you were happy together and that is what we can hope for. I also know that you are a fine man and you helped make her life fulfilled.

Char or CK as all the flight attendants used to call her, had a beautiful smile and always was so much fun to work with. She was very loyal to her friends and more so to family. She would move heaven and earth for her son, Ross. And Don, she always said how lucky she was to have found you. I am so sorry for your loss. She will be missed.

Char was a great friend and loving caring person. We loved her smiles and big hugs she would always give us when we seen her. We will forever cherish our kinder eggs that the girls still have that she would always bring back for them from her trips. Char is now with her protector away from harm. Don may the comfort of God and your friends help you in this difficult time. Our Condolences - Scott, Kellie, Hannah and Karlie Taylor

I had the privilege to get to know the Pfeiffers years ago, but spending these last 8 months with Char as she fought this enemy I really came to love and respect both of them. Char was a talented, unique, beautiful woman inside and out, with a strength which far exceeded her own understanding. Tender hearted, witty and generous, she showed me sides of her I had only glimpsed before. I cannot express the depth of her loss to me now, this wonderful human being, complex yes, deep and passionate too, who lifted me up, and, with God's help, instilled a strength in me which I didn't know I had. I will miss the funny look she could give me, her infections smile, her energy and charm. "We love you Char" we kept telling her, and we mean it in the most sincere way. I will never forget her story, her life, her. I thank Don and Char, and her family for welcoming me into their home and for giving me the opportunity to help this fine lady go to be with her God.

So sorry to hear about Char's passing. I loved her attitude of finding good in every situation and the enthusiasm she had in everything she did. I missed her friendship when I moved several years ago.

When Joanna and I first looked at this neighborhood, Char was the first person we met. She was very friendly and gave us a great impression of all the wonderful people who live here. Thanks Char for taking the time to talk to a couple of walking strangers in your backyard. You will be missed. Jeff and Jo
