Walt was a wonderful neighbor and always fun to visit with. And he sure loved dogs.. and they loved him! He will be greatly missed.

My condolences to all os Walt’s family and friends. Walt was always read to talk Navy whenever we saw each other at an EAA 1414 function.

Walt was a frequent hangar visitor and always wondered what we were up to as he made the rounds on his golf cart, but he was most smitten with our dogs and would end up on the concrete tarmac paying with them..lot s of stories, laughs and smiles.

Walt’s brilliant sense of humor made his summer visits to the hangar the highlight of our days. He took a genuine interest in people and the things they were doing. And, oh, how he could tell a story! We shall miss the laughter and his kindness.
