To all of Russes Family, Deepest Condolences for your Loss, Russ was a awesome story teller of events that happened back in the day, he was a man that said it like it was and stood behind each word. I loved listening to his memories of his early years living in Capron. He was so clear on details you felt as though you were actually in that time period. His Garden was his pride and Joy! Russ, I loved every visit you made to the Village Hall, I looked forward to the challenge of getting a half smile or grin out of you! You might have tried to portray a hard stern demeanor, but inside you were as sweet as they come! I will Miss you , like many others, Thank you for your Military Service. May you and Howard be telling the stories now in Heaven to my Brian!!!

So very sorry for your loss…
I will always remember Russ fondly for our years together at KKO. He was like an uncle to me and always had a great story to tell…
I have been dreaded the day that I would read of his passing….
May he live forever in your wonderful memories, as he will in mine…
