There are no words to describe the whole you left in all of us. You had a love for life unlike any other. The laughter will be a little less and the tears a little more as we all try to find a way to move on without you. Thank you for all of your wisdom, unconditional love and uncontrollable laughter. I will miss you more than anyone will ever know. Until we meet again…

Rodger touched both my husband and me, and my kids. His awesome sense of humor and quick wit will be missed. He always had a hug and a kiss for me, and a warm handshake for my husband, Joe. He loved to tease my daughter when she was younger. He was always there to lend a helping hand. Rodger, you will be deeply missed by all who knew you. Johnson family, it was an honor to know him. Our deepest condolences.

Boy, it sure saddens me to hear of Rodger’s passing. He always had a smile and laugh that could make most rotten days seem good again. I especially enjoyed our conversations while tearing up his yard on Union Ave while putting the city storm sewer through the property. He was always gracious with coffee, donuts and of course lots of humor. RIP my friend.
