Ray worked with me when I was the Chief of Police for the Kingston Police Department. He was an outstanding officer. He was highly motivated, took his job as a service to the community and a dedicated officer. He was professional in his demeanor as a law enforcement officer and treated everyone with respect and dignity. He was well thought of by the Kingston community.
