In high school she worked for Vera’s House of Bridals altering wedding dresses. Her love for sewing continued as she made clothes for her daughters when they were growing up, and did alterations for anyone who needed them.

LeAnne continued to make alterations including Wedding & Prom dresses, along with keeping the students and staff of Belvidere Central Middle School in spiritwear. She passed her sewing talents on to her daughters and granddaughter.
