Nadine and to the rest of the family you all have our deepest sympathy and prayers through this time. Delbert was such a kind, funny ,caring person! There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t dory and do for others! He had a heart of gold! I remember so well how much love and kindness Delbert and Sharon showed us when our son passed away! Then on the funny side of Delbert we were at the Boone Docks and with a straight and honest looking face I wanted some corn stock for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Delbert handed me me his knife and said go across the highway to MY FIELD and cut some! So I did (dumb me) got back told him Thank you and gave him the knife back! Well he and everyone else had a really good laugh when he told me he didn’t own that field! May he Rest In Peace and the Lord be with all of you!

Virtual hugs along with our heartfelt condolences to Delbert’s family on your loss. Delbert was a great guy and we enjoyed getting to know him when Craig made Amy his wife. Went dancing with them a few times and, of course, he could always be found at the Boone County fair. He’s dancing with Sharon now. May he rest in peace and enjoy the heavenly home he has surely earned with his giving nature and Christian faith.
