Andy,
A friend and a Mentor! Thank you for the deep conversations we had about life and what you taught me about raising kids. You were always there for me and welcomed me in your home and part of your family. We had some great times working together at Saturn of Dundee, times I will never forget. To the Fidder Family, my deepest sympathy to all of you. Andy will live on in your hearts and minds for ever!

Joan, Allen, Sharon, Sue, and Aaron, our thoughts and prayers to you all, What can we say about Andy, all around good friend and neighbor. He even went on our “honeymoon” with us to see the Beach Boys! He will be missed, but knowing he is no longer suffering will bring us all peace.

I met Andy when he first bought the house on Yorkshire in 1992. He always has a smile on his face and a very relaxed personality. His passion for cars became evident right away. I always knew when he was working on one of them as the windows at my house would rattle as he started it up and drove by, lol.
He will be missed.

Condolences from the Bobula/Roth family.

I first met Andy when he moved into the apartment complex that I manage, after selling his family home. He was always kind, upbeat and willing to help anyone. He had a great sense of humor and so much love for his mom and children. He spoke with pride about them on several occasions. We at Pearl Place missed him when he moved out as he was a great addition to our community. We will miss him even more now that he is gone too soon. He was an overcomer and so extremely motivated to get things done. He accomplished more with one leg than most people have accomplished in a lifetime. Prayers for peace and comfort for his loved ones.

I met Andy first on FaceBook and later at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the waiting area. We were there to see the same orthopedic surgeon for osseointegration. He and his daughter were there, I didnt know him well but we both are in to cars. He building them and me photographing them at car shows. If I lived in northern Illinois we would have been friends, simply because he was my kind of person. His family was the most important thing as I could see. Prayers to the family during this time of grief. Know you will meet again.
