Anderson Funeral & Cremation Services is fully committed to the health and safety of the families we serve, our community, and our care team members.
While there is much to learn about this virus, our team members are well trained and prepared to deliver the professional services you need during your time of need. These services are being delivered in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control.
Anderson Funeral & Cremation Services strives to offer as many services to families as possible and we have the capability of live-streaming ceremonies. Over four years ago, we installed professional live-streaming capability in our large gathering ceremony room due to the mobility of our society and the possible difficulty for family members to be physically present for a ceremony. At that time, we had no idea we would also be prepared for the circumstances we are now facing due to Covid-19.
Beside our capability to live-stream funeral ceremonies, we have also instituted specific precautionary measures outlined below to help lessen the spread of the virus by:
- Increasing the frequency of deep cleaning our entire facility per Center for Disease Control guidelines.
- Working with our families to adjust service times and following limitations to attendees as directed by state and local authorities.
- Offering expanded arrangement planning options through online, phone, and email options while continuing to meet the needs of the families we serve.
Addressing this public health concern will impact everyone, but we are dedicated to helping our community through this situation any way we can while also ensuring our Care Team Members have the time and support, they need to care for themselves and their families.
Thank you for your understanding and support during these challenging times, and be encouraged that we live in the greatest nation at this time in history and you were created for such a time as this.
